Winner Club services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by underage users is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately without further notice.
All transactions on Winner Club are conducted in MYR (RM). Deposits are supported via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX. Minimum deposit is RM10; minimum withdrawal is RM20. Processing time is 10–15 minutes.
All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the rollover conditions have been met. Abuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

Withdrawals from your Winner Club account are subject to the following conditions: (a) the minimum withdrawal amount is RM20; (b) withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the last deposit; (c) the withdrawal process typically takes 10 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen payment method.
Winner Club reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or where KYC requirements have not been fulfilled. In such cases, Winner Club will contact the member for additional information within 48 business hours.
All bets placed through the Winner Club platform are subject to general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type. You are responsible for understanding all relevant rules before placing any bet.
Live (In-Play) Betting: For in-play betting, odds are updated every few seconds. Winner Club is not responsible for any delay in odds display caused by factors outside the platform's control, such as internet disruptions on the user's end.
